Raised in Texas, Betty has lived in Boston, Nebraska and Malibu, CA attending Pepperdine University.
After receiving her B.A., Betty went to Union Theological Seminary in New York City, working on her Masters of Divinity degree.
Betty has been married for 32 years to David Miller, a pastor in Petaluma, & blessed with ten children (3 sons, 7 daughters).
